Hi, I’m Jack!

I’m a Syrian refugee, a freelance generalist artist, and a real-time VFX artist living in Austria. I wear a lot of hats in game development, sometimes I’m deep in technical art and VFX, other times I’m doing the heavy lifting on design and creative direction, shaping not just how things look but how they feel to play.

I’ve worked internationally on indie and collaborative projects, bringing stylized worlds to life with effects that push gameplay and atmosphere.

I also host The Generalists Podcast, where I chat with artists, developers, and educators from across the games and VFX industries. It’s my way of learning in public, sharing insights, and building connections for people who want to grow together.
